Stretch Lines and Pregnancy

Stretch marks. Striae gravidarum. Signs of pregnancy. Call them what you want. But they are one thing that all women fear will happen as soon as they become pregnant.
But what about stretch marks? And why do they appear?
Well, the reason lies in the anatomy of the skin. The skin consists of two layers – a thin layer of the epidermis and a thicker, as the lower layer of the dermis. These three exercises to strengthen your abdominals and back and stretches the skin soft. They also improve the posture during pregnancy.
Care for your skin: Save skin moisturizer with oil – olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil or baby oil is good – gently from the skin stomach, hips and thighs. Massage with a swing of a stroke.
