    * If the woman also puts spermicidal jelly or foam (available in the drug store without a prescription) inside her vagina right before sex, it helps make the condom method even superior at preventing pregnancy. The jelly can kill sperm, but it doesn&#8217;t work if used without a condom.<br />
    * Never use the same condom more than once. It is a good intent to have two condoms acquirable in case one breaks.<br />
    * Purchase latex condoms. Never use condoms prefabricated from animal skins because they can leak.<br />
    * If a condom breaks, as soon as you realize it take it off and place on another one. If you don&#8217;t have another condom, stop having sexual intercourse until you can get another.<br />

    * Some condoms are lubricated with a chemical, Nonoxynol-9, which helps kill some of the germs that cause STDs. But it doesn&#8217;t matter which kind you use as long as you use a condom each time you have sex.<br />

There is a female condom, one that lines a woman&#8217;s vagina, but it is more difficult to use. Speak with a physician or nurse or other adult who knows how to use it before you try it.<br />
The &#8220;Morning-After Pill&#8221;<br />
<br />
You might have heard about emergency contraception, also known as the &#8220;morning-after pill.&#8221; This type of birth control is sometimes used in an emergency. For example, it might be used when two people who always use condoms find out, after the guy ejaculates, that the condom has broken. Or a young woman who isn&#8217;t yet taking birth control might unexpectedly have sex and not use a condom.<br />

 Exhausted of drinking accelerator shakes with just skim milk or water?  Try spicing it up in a smoothie!  This is a recipe that I use for my weight lifting drinks.  I encourage you to try different things with it such as switching to individual ingredient frozen fruit bags, etc. to keep from getting bored.  This is probably my favorite drink though.
</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>
 1 cup skim milk
</p>
<p>
 1 or 2 scoops alerting vanilla accelerator powder (adjust depending on your regular individual desired accelerator intake)
</p>
<p>
 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
</p>
<p>
 1 whole banana
</p>
<p>
 1 cup blended frozen fruit from bag (these can be bought from any grocery store, I usually purchase a 6lb bag from Sam&#8217;s club), or 1 cup of frozen fruit from individual ingredient bags (i.e. frozen strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, etc.)
</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<p>
 Combine the ingredients in a mixer, liquefy and presto!
</p>
<p>
 I usually add the milk first, then the banana in massive chunks prior to adding the accelerator powder to prevent it from sticking badly to the sides of the mixer.
</p>
<p>
 This makes a full two glasses of smoothie, if you want less, mix less fruit/other ingredients.  The ratios I use turn out a nice combination of thickness and flavor.
</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">If you have been accepted to college then you are likely to need to find specially sized bedding for the <strong>extra long twin beds</strong> they use in residence halls.  These <strong>twin xl beds</strong> are the same width as normal twin beds but are 5 inches longer.  While that extra length does not sound like much, your bed becomes your couch/guest/dining/tv watching/video game playing and of course bed in a 15 x 15 size room for several months a year.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Don&#8217;t freak out as we will showcase to you what special size bedding you need to invest in as well as ways to stretch your limited dorm décor dollars for the end goal of a comfy dorm bed.  While not each school uses <strong>twin xl beds</strong> we have seen statistics show that 90% or more of college dorm rooms use a <strong>39 x 80</strong> size bed – or as we call it a twin xl bed (or xl twin bed).  These <strong>dorm beds</strong> are designed to be used in several ways including loft style bunk beds or the symmetrical room layouts of your imagination.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">In general we always liked the non loft bed set up&#8217;s because of the practical nature of dorm rooms.  For example if you decide to go with loft style bunk beds and your roommate has a friend come over – they will likely want to sit on the bottom bed to watch TV.  So if you&#8217;re the ‘bottom&#8217; bunk mortal your space is seriously crimped.  The dual or side by side bed layouts grant a functional path with equal sides of the room – thus keeping everyone happier.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Not all of your bedding needs to be ‘<strong>twin xl</strong>&#8216; only some specific items need to be so – especially your sheet sets, mattress pads and for the lucky feather beds.  <strong>Dorm mattresses</strong> are firm and usually covered in a bio hazard like plastic material to prevent spill seepage.  This means your sleep experience will be stiff, hot (because plastic does not breathe well) and crunchy at best.  So we advocate a couple bed toppers plus your twin xl sheet set to be tagged ‘twin xl&#8217;.  Items like your comforter would be nice if they were longer but they are not a firm stipulation – only your basic bedding is.  Actually to call it basic bedding is a misnomer because the bed is basic – those items are added for comfort.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">When it comes to adding comfort to your dorm room – we advocate a mattress pad and a feather bed for maximum comfort.  The <strong>twin xl featherbed</strong> needs to measure 39 x 80 and will add 3 to 4 inches on top of your mattress.  Feather beds wage soft squishy comfort like home.  An <strong>xl twin mattress pad</strong> on the other hand provides endorsement from the bed as well as preventing any stray feathers from poking through.  As for materials – down and feather blends are the eventual choice for softness, plus feathers grant air to circulate versus being trapped like plastic or foam.  Sometimes finding a twin xl down mattress pad is touch so we advocate even adding an extra twin comforter on top of your twin xl featherbed in place of a mattress pad.  This will make the feather bed extra soft and create bed envy amongst the dorm.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Finally sheets are pretty straight forward – make sure you purchase two sets for laundry changes and be sure the fitted sheet is 39 x 80.  The flat sheet is optional and in a pinch you can grab an extra one from home assuming it matches and you like it.</p>
